02.How is the cost of a custom trip calculated? Can I influence it?
The cost of the trip consists of direct booking expenses (flights, hotels, excursions, insurance, fees, etc.) plus our team’s service fee. We can work within different budgets and organize anything from budget-friendly trips to luxury vacations. The price is always flexible and can generally be adjusted in either direction based on your preferences.

Yes, custom private tours are typically more expensive than group tours, where we can reduce costs through standard solutions and group discounts. However, in return, you get exactly what you want, without having to adapt to standard programs or other group members.

Typically, the price includes all expenses that can be calculated in advance. During the trip, you will need to pay separately for meals (if they are not included in accommodation or excursions), souvenirs, and personal purchases. Additionally, any expenses such as flights and hotels can be paid directly by you rather than through us if you prefer.

Thorough planning usually takes 1–2 months, and flights and accommodations should ideally be booked in advance. Generally, contacting us 3–4 months before your trip is sufficient. If you reach out 5–6 months in advance or even earlier, that’s even better—we can prepare more efficiently and save you money.
